Manic J Catering has been responsible for the food and cocktails at some of Australia’s most exclusive events and launches.  We have provided food for guests at Day Spa Openings, building openings, product launches, celebrity dinner parties, cocktail parties and charity events both in Australia and throughout the world.

When securing Manic J Catering, clients have their menu designed by Jason and the food cooked and prepared by Jason and his team.  With his reverent style and cheeky nature Jason also cooks some of the courses/food on a BBQ somewhere in the event area thereby given guests the chance to interact with Jason.  Our client’s feedback is this gives the event a “celebrity chef” appeal.  There has been many an event where guests have eaten canapés and stood around Jason writing down the recipe on their napkin!
