Manic J Publishing produces cookbooks written by Jason Roberts.

MJ publishing was born as a result of Jason writing his first book “Graze” where he found that being published by a commercial publisher could at times restrict his creative vision for a book.

In preparation for Jasons second long-awaited book “Elements”, Manic J formed a publishing arm allowing full control of the creative and commercial vision of Jason's books.

Since the successful production of Elements, Manic J Publishing has grown and is now working on a series of new books by Jason Roberts in addition to projects with new authors and corporate organisations.
